A Prospective Ph.D. student in Earth and Geological Sciences subdiscipline. Completed B.Sc. (honors) in Geological Sciences at Jahangirnagar University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have experience in ArcGIS, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, Stereonet, and Google Earth for 3 years.
I am passionate about Earth Science, and Geology higher study. I want to pursue my Ph.D. at a USA university.

Current Research topic: Sedimentology of the Upper Miocene sediment of Sylhet Trough, Bengal Basin.
Objectives of research:

To estimate the net pay of the thin-bed sandstones and to delineate petrographic characteristics of thin-bed sandstones.

To evaluate the reservoir quality of the thin-bed sandstones and make a comparison with that of the main reservoir sandstones of the Bokabil Formation.
